Home-Start Surrey Heath works alongside statutory agencies and receives referrals from:

Families are also able to self-refer.

Once a family has been referred and a referral form has been completed, our Co-ordinator will visit the family to talk about their needs and to answer any questions.

The Co-ordinator will then match the family with a suitable volunteer, who will visit for 2-3 hours per week.
